PLEASE NOTE: Effective September 1, 2018, all stormwater permitting must be completed through STEERS. All applicants are required to submit the NOI, LREW, NOC, and NOT forms using the online e-permitting system available on the TCEQ website or request and obtain an electronic reporting waiver. Electronic reporting waivers are not transferable and expire on the same date as the authorization to discharge.

Setting up a STEERS account:

The link offers step-by-step instructions for setting up the STEERS account. Please note that only an authorized officer of your company is permitted to sign the NOI. Also, note that the email address you enter when prompted during setup is the only email STEERS will communicate with.
